My granola

When my son was here last he showed me how to make granola, which I did again today.
Child's play: 750g of mixed flakes (oats, barley, rye), and as much as you want of: sunflower seeds, desiccated coconut, pumpkin seeds and any nuts you like. Put them in a large grill pan and with your hands mix in half a cup of olive oil and several tablespoons of runny honey. Bake in the oven for about half an hour at 180 deg. Take out, allow to cool, and add any dried fruit you like. Bingo! Breakfast for a week.

The wooden bowl came from the bric a brac shop Ray and I went to here.

As soon as I typed the title I remembered this song from 1979, the year my daughter was born. She's lucky she wasn't named Sharona.
