On the turn

In a couple of weeks the tree over the road may look like this, so I thought I'd get it on the turn.

In the future my view of it is going to be obscured by a bus stop located on the other side of the road. "Highway maintenance" were here today to dig a few holes, take a few pictures and measure up.

I'm not particularly happy about having a bus stop located directly over the road, not least because it is already a tricky place to cross as traffic comes from three directions.... However, my teenage children are delighted at the prospect!
