Spent the more with some craft ladies followed by a trip to the hospital to pick up Dad's new shoes. A good day that made me realise how blessed I am and how we should treasure every moment we have of our lives. I realise I need to chill out a bit more before I get too upset again. I have my family and friends, they are what's important in my life.
