Playful

Up bright and early this morning, because I knew I wanted to photograph this shop on the main street of New Milford before there was nowhere to park!

Aptly named "Play" this store is full of wonderfully fun items to keep all ages amused. The perfect place to buy Christmas stocking stuffers, or a silly gift to make someone smile.

It was on this street in 2002 that parts of the movie "Mr. Deeds" starring Adam Sandler and Winona Ryder were filmed. It was fun to go watch the action -- particularly when they shot a snowy winter scene in the middle of July!

On a separate note, today is the day my son Tom will be sworn in as an attorney in Hartford, Connecticut. I am very proud of him!
