Sun, snow, frost, mist - all in one picture

The perfect day in the cusp between autumn and winter. Last night as I went to bed snowflakes were drifting down. It must have been shortlived for there was only the lightest sprinkling this morning, mixed with the frost. The mist lifted and the sun came out.
