Goodbye St Maarten

Our last few hours here before heading to the airport and I went out onto the patio to capture one last blip of paradise.
Today will be a long day of traveling. From here we will land in Florida again and then switch planes before going on to New York. I hope to get a little sleep on the plane although it rarely happens. How anyone can sleep sitting up is beyond me. I doze a little but have never actually fallen asleep. I tried earplugs, eyeshades, pills, pillows and even a little footrest but nothing worked. I guess it's good enough to just rest. I'll sleep once I arrive home.
