Red rail

A less productive day, due to camera (more specifically) battery problems. The dreaded shutter freeze that you always wonder if it will be the last clunk you will get out of an old camera took place on the last shot of this roll; the first and what turned out to be the only shot of the day. This is everyone's favourite pedestrian bridge over the Queensway (who cares if its the only pedestrian bridge over the Queensway), on the way to a planned walk around the Jewellery Quarter. The batteries that I'd been carrying around in my bag for just such an occurrence had apparently died at some point in the last few months. I was able to cannibalise those from the Minolta, which was to mean the Minolta did get its run out in October sadly.
