Stuffed squid

Tonight we ate in one of our favourite cider bars, L'Talaya in Cimadevilla, Gijon. It re-opened back in March under new management. Apart from the owners and staff who couldn't be more pleasant or attentive, everybody says how good the food is. Tonight we finally got around to trying it. Squid stuffed with seafood (mainly more squid I think) served in black squid ink sauce. Delicious!
