Earthquake risk?

Coming from Canterbury, I can't help that thought crossing my mind. But its a grand old building with a lot of history I'm sure. Seen in Pukekohe after I dropped D off at the airport and continued south for a TradeMe item pick-up. (Had no idea how far away Pukekohe was!!).
