Late Autumn Sunset from Jack's View

This is a simple point-and-press shot from my little pocket camera set on automatic, taken at the end of a magnificent, crisp late autumn day. I took it from a hill in West Kilbride called Jacks View, which overlooks the Firth of Clyde and Arran where wispy clouds were clinging to the first of the season's snow on the peaks. I was particularly interested in the textures in the different types of clouds, as well as in the obviously glorious colours.
