Black-fronted Tern........

Amazing sight today the sea was boiling with fish,
young smelt being chased by Kawhai...much bigger fish
and thousands of birds descended on the inner harbor
in front of Haul a Shore Island to take advantage of the
little fish leaping out of the water to avoid being eaten......
Here is one pretty Tern,that I snapped taking part....
