PEOPLE STAND TOGETHER

I have blipped the Grass Roots Square in Oslo in 2012, but I think it is a appropriate blip for today too.

The statues symbolize the strength of people standing together, and today I'm very proud of my union and work place that has congress this week. 450 delegates and many guests. Today there has been about 1000 people.

The artist is Do Ho Suh, born in Korea and he lives in Seoul, London og New York. As you can se the statues is small, and this is the biggest of them. 50 000 in number, and 500 different types. All stand together, lift together and carry together -in strength and solidarity with democracy.
