Silence

I have worn my poppy today and we observed our usual two minutes silence across the whole school. My Y10 group were entirely respectful of the process and the words we had been provided with for us to choose to use or ignore. One thing being that we observe two minutes silence because silence is the opposite of war. A very simple statement but not something I had thought of before.

A 12 hour working day with a long but worthwhile meeting at the end of my normal day. It's tough to start the week with a very long Monday but there are more things to look forward to as the week progresses.
