This rather handsome chap sits on the steps of the Registry office on Marylebone Road; during the summer there are often newly minted married couples being covered in confetti standing on the steps. Today, however, was dark and wet and the doors were all shut. None the less, he's still a fine specimen despite being bathed in sodium and headlamp light.
