Cider racked.

Syphoned off the cider from the first vat into a new clean one, leaving all the gunk behind in the old one.

It's bubbling away like mad, so hopefully it's progressing.

There's a good amount of cider in there so hopefully it will taste nice once it's ready.

Really struggling to take blips at the moment, but getting very close to Blip 300. One week to go for that one.
