City Bollards

These garish bollards mark the boundary of the City of London: England's smallest and richest local authority. You can walk round it's boundaries in an hour and a half.

It does very well for itself with its huge business rate and no residents worth speaking of.

Bizarrely for such a tiny area, it has its own police force though they are making themselves useful nowadays as a national centre for excellence in fighting fraud.
