Fairfield Horseshoe.

Fairfield Horseshoe is one of the classical Lakes walks and I've not done it in years, and it was today the better type of classic Lakes weather - sun, and autumn colours and wind to blow you off your legs on the tops and vistas all round the equal at least of anything anywhere.

Like medicine for the soul out there today.
