Between a rock and a rock place

That cold weather.
It's energizing.
And it sorts the walkers from the strollers on the pier.

And apparently it stops the Grumpy Banjo player coming out to strum his tunes (tune?) at the end of the pier in the evening.

He looks quite pissed off as it is, I'd hate to see what he looks like when he strums his tune with freezing fingers...
