I was leaving school this morning and I ran into a chittering mixed flock of chickadees, kinglets, and Townsend's Warblers on the outskirts of campus. They were feeding super low in the trees; I never see birds so close up. I ran the few blocks home and retrieved my camera, and when I returned I came up with this shot of a Ruby-Crowned Kinglet. Who could ask for anything more?
