cheep, cheep, cheep

A cheep way to make an display easel: start with a $15 tripod, add one 1/2" plywood plank with one 1/4 - 20 T-nut. Attach to tripod. Add clips to hold picture frame in place. Done.

Add a second, small mounted, but not framed photo: get a couple of large binder clips, clip to tripod legs, place mounted photo on clips. Done.

This method works even better with good tripods.
