Spotty Boxes.

Those of us who know Kingston upon Thames will be familiar with the toppling telephone box sculpture by David Mach, aptly named " Out of Order", which is at the start of The Old London Road. I was quite surprised to see today that it is now covered in white spots! I asked around, but no one seems to know why.
I think I prefer it plain.
