My new Texas friend

It's been too long since I've blipped. My dear father in law died a couple of weeks ago and so husband and I went to Texas. Our time there was sad, but we managed to get out of the house and see the sights, too. We met and lived in Texas together for five years. It still feels like going home.
This big guy lives on my sister-in-law's ranch. He was friendly, but I wasn't too sure.
