Swans

I've been watching this family of swans on the Union Canal since the spring. There were only ever two signets and the parents guarded them very closely. This morning I noticed one was missing. Hope it was just having a long lie. When I tried to get up close to blip, Pa Pa did not look too happy and I think I could have lost my phone and probably a couple of fingers if I'd overstepped his 'mark'.
