The Bottlebird

Went for breakfast at Dobbies our garden centre: very disappointing!

Did some gardening, expecting our friendly robin to come and help, but he didn't. Hoped that tits or other birds would come to the bird feeders, but they didn't. So hopes of a bird picture were dashed. Very disappointing!

So this emergency blip is our tame bottlebird. A gift from our son to display a bottle of fine wine, this bird lives in our kitchen and is always happy to be snapped. Its fun but not a great picture.

No more blips for a few days as we will be away at Arran and may not have access to computers. But cameras are going so backblips on Tuesday will have to suffice.
