Gluten free-bies

One perk of having coeliac disease (and there's not so many so you appreciate any bonuses!) is that gluten free food suppliers are desperate for your custom. They know you won't have a choice to switch to a gluten alternative so of they can get you loyal to the brand they've likely got you hooked for life.

Warburtons are fairly recent entrants to the market and are now providing some items for supermarkets and some on prescription. They sent me some free baguettes to try, and I was pretty impressed - until I tried to butter them and the middle collapsed. Sometimes you really can see why gluten is so useful! They tasted great though so I'd still have them occasionally.
