Golden bear

This little bear is a thank you for last night's event from a friend and colleague who really didn't need to. I'm currently resisting his temptation whilst watching Children in Need. No tears as yet but it's only a matter of time. I have just been marvelling at Jayne Torville, doing such amazing lifts at her age. An early night is required before a long day tomorrow which may necessitate a back-blip.
