Counting beds

Our staff and many Malawians I know can't count accurately.
SO we decided to put in these boxes which when filled, properly and fully, contain exactly 400 seedling tubes.
With nails and string we can divide then into 4x 100 spaces!!, Magic!!
We also decided to add a bit of sand to absorb the water.
Looks good as well.
