Hey stop picking on me!

Headed out to the Red barn today. This mother duck was covering her brood right in the middle of the grass rather than on the pond. She let me get quite close, feeling that the ducklings were protected. A couple of them however had other ideas,pushing and shoving to get further under the downy covers of mother. The yellow one was initially outside the fold and belligerently pushed its way back in and in doing so pushed the other one out with such vigour it fell over :-)
