Ullånger fjord

Today, and the next few days we are visiting Umeå, a city about 300 kms north of Härnösand. It's partly pleasure (staying with an old friend) and partly work (a meeting at the university).
On the way up we are basically following the east coast on Sweden with the Baltic on our right! At one stage we drive along Ullångerfjärd and this view presents itself. The mainland is closing in from both sides and on the horizon you can (just) see the Ulvön islands.
It's unusually warm today, + 10 degrees C, so the ice and frost are melting fast. Winter retreats a step or two...
