Girlie weekend.....day two!

I gave L Mary Berry's Baking Bible for her birthday....best present ever......for me too!

Today L produced this masterpiece! The sponge is moist and light. Homemade raspberry jam in the middle and looking just like the picture!

Definitely better at baking than her Mum!!!!!! I am soooo proud of her!
