Cafe Francais

Another French day, another market and another cafe. Todays cafe was very french indeed.

My french vocab is coming back to me in weird amounts and I am better talking than listening thats for sure. Today I wandered round a shop looking for milk when the shop assistant spoke to me.

I think she was asking me if I needed help but I panicked. So instead of simply saying "do you have any milk in french", I reeled off the following in french. "Sorry I am english! My mum speaks french! I will find my mother! "

What an english idiot abroad!
