Lampshade decoration

I ran another race today, a 10km run in Bushy Park. I am running out of places to store race medals this year! If you are looking for a flat 10 km race I can highly recommend this one, which has an elevation of only 25 feet.

Josh took 6.5 minutes of his best 10km time. I would love to be within 6.5 minutes of my best time! I am slowly trying to get back to better times.

Strangely enough Steve was offering sports massage at a 10km race in nearby Richmond Park.
