A fine view

Up early to take eco son for a day of falconry.

A pleasant drive and good chat, dropped off eco son and Juno I headed onwards to walk up a hill.

We floated through cloud as we skirted rivers and lochs.

A climb out of the clouds revealed blue skies and a backdrop of big hills.

A moment to soak up the world around me and then Juno and I headed on, she was on the lead due to the woolly mowers.

A fine boggy whaleback to the summit, a lone raven checked us out, Juno raised grouse but was more intent of breaking the ice to dirnk water.

A small cairn at the summit, a biting wind rushed us on downwards, Juno sought out a white mountain hare and I found some deer antlers.

Back to the car and we took the back roads back to pick up eco son.

Home and out with eco mum to see the Blow Monkeys, a pleasant evening with a lovely lady.
