Local microburst distributes attic contents on law

This was our front yard after two tons of our 30-year accumulation were removed from our attic, deposited on the front lawn then hauled away by truck. They came back later for the scrap metal pile in the middle plus some more of the stuff around the walnut tree in the back. So I don't think our yard is a health hazard any more, at least. Now to get everything INSIDE the house "at least 3 feet away from all walls". All for the sake of getting gov't help to insulate our house.
Somebody plz remind me to look into buying a condo...
