Trees, trees, trees

What a satisfying morning at Mill River Park. To ensure these young trees are prepared for the onslaught of winter, we had to pull back the mulch, pour in compost, then push back the mulch and use our hands to make the soil light but even.

Didn't even notice the time go by. Off to Curly's diner for a cooked breakfast of eggs, hamburger, hash browns, coffee, rye toast and orange juice.

Satisfied on so many levels :-)
