Dawn Chorus!

A beautiful morning - chilly and bright with the sun trying hard to dry up some of the sodden leaves still on the ground.
As I was walking Hollie up the road this afternoon the gritting lorry passed me showering everything in its path with tiny bits of salty grit. I wonder if we will wake to freezing temperatures and icy pavements - if that is the case I'm not sure how Hollie will manage because she has no muscle control in her back legs. If y0u remember the Disney film 'Bambi' Hollie is a bit like Bambi when she steps on the ice!
