Take the blue pill...

Had a day off today - in true Scottish form the weather was the exact opposite of yesterday. Today the sky was blue, the light crystal clear, and life felt damn good! So good in fact I jumped on the bike and went off along the canal to the nearest pool for a swim. Wonderful, if a little tiring. I haven't had a lot of strenuous exercise for a while, and I felt it today. Never mind, we had a new mattress delivered this afternoon, so going to bed is going to be a thrill!
