Anne-Marie

Tonight I photographed Anne-Marie van Hout. She is the CEO of the Elburgs Museum. The museum is situated in 4 medieval buildings in the centre of Elburg. This particular room has been used by people with power. It was built in the 15th century and used by a local catholic cleric till 1600. After the clerics left, the building was in use as city hall till 1954. The name of this room is 'Burgemeesterskamer'. Anne-Marie's father was mayor of Elburg from 1983 till 2001. He actually used the 'burgemeesterskamer' when his own office in the new city hall was damaged by a fire.
