Pippy

Meet Pippy, the latest addition to the family.

She came to us via an elderly couple, in Temuka. They were feeding her after her owner put her in a bag and threw her over a fence when she was pregnant.

I can't help thinking she was last year's Christmas present that someone got tired of. She's only about a year old.

She's had her kittens (four 2 week old females), and they're all at our place.

Pippy will stay with us, and we'll try and adopt out the kittens.

She's a lovely puss, very affectionate, and boisterous!
Bertie and Boggle have seen her, so they know she's here, but I know it will be 'handbags at dawn' if I leave them to it. So, I'll have to do the introducing gradually.

Hopefully she'll settle in okay.
