Suddenly a bit nippy this morning! The rain had turned to ice in the car and was resisting any form of scraping.

Went to a value mining event after work this evening - all about comparing your core values and how they align to your behaviour in your main three roles. Nothing really new, more confirmation of what I already know: commuting takes up too much time and makes me unhappy, I'm not always as 'present' as I could be (I suffer with mind-on-other-things syndrome!) and my value of integrity is sometimes trodden on at work.
Like I said nothing new, but gets you thinking.
