Difficult difficult lemon difficult.

The opposite of 'Easy peasy lemon squeezy' and my favourite line from 'In the loop'.

Last night on Professional Masterchef four chefs were asked to make a sabayon, a kind of light frothy sauce, put it on a cooked scallop and put under the grill.
No fucker knew how to make the sabayon. Admittedly I would struggle without a book, but I am not a fucking chef in a fucking cooking competition.
Unless I've been completely misled, I'm pretty sure they entered
of their own accord, and weren't forced to compete 'Hunger Games' stylee.

And don't get me started on one of the final dishes which looked like
Stig of the dump's dump.

Grrrr.
