My first foray into the world of cricket has just ended. A wicket during my enforced two over stint and a couple of boundaries off the bat. Can't complain really as I even managed to get a proper grassy stain on my new whites whilst diving to save a boundary! Got to be honest I wasn't expecting to enjoy myself, but it gets quite entertaining once the competitive element kicks in. Had a few nasty looks though as I steamed in to bowl at a ten year old without holding back. Note to self: sometimes its not always about winning (which is a good job as we lost by 8 runs).

The cricket finished late enough that I stumbled across this nice sunset on the way back across my own boundary line. Howzat?
