#2 daughter: "I need a picture for a Student Railcard."
Me: "OK, let me get my camera and I'll take one."
#2D: "No - your pictures are shite."
Me: "That's nice. Do you want the lady at Max Spielman's to take it then?"
#2D: "No - I want a proper picture, you know, from a booth."
Me: sigh.
#2D: "Do you have any money?"
Me: double sigh.

Later:

Me: "How did your pictures turn out?"
#2D: "They're shite."
