Pauper's dinner

We got back from work this evening to a cold dark house.
We'd been cut off!...not because we hadn't paid the bill but because we hadn't checked the prepayment meter properly.
I can't wait until British Gas get round to putting a proper meter in!

So we traipsed over to the co-op to get some more credit, "it's cash only you know!" And so, feeling sorry for ourselves and thoroughly admonished, we thought 'screw it lets just have chips!"

We do at least have heating and tv now too though.
