Its been raining

Rain. We have had a little bit of drizzle ,mizzle rain all day today and it was enough to get my work clothes damp but not enough to put wet weather gear on. Very pleased with Millie's progress she ran 4 x 800m tonight with even splits of around 1:23 for each 400 which is about 90% of her race pace,I asked a friend Andy Hilton to help out with pacing and he made it look so easy mind you he is a 3:45 mile man and a member of the British Milers club. This was fantastic for Millie with Andy talking of his experience and running carrier. Tonight I shot some of the Roses in the rain. Our new cat Pippy is doing well and so are her babies they are so cute.
