Giving blood

I attended a meeting this morning about Rafi's plan for returning to school and what support he is going to need. He hasn't attended any proper lessons yet so we don't yet know all the difficulties he might have.
I worked this afternoon, and after that I went to give blood. I haven't given blood since last September, and since that last donation Rafi has needed to be given blood as he lost so much during his first operation. Its a fairly painless procedure and I usually feel really good walking out after a cup of tea and biscuits (only this time I'd left a light on in my car and the battery was dead as a Dodo and Colin and to cone and help me jump start it!)
