Pet Smile Month

I received this through the door - a present for Maisie from our Vet. Apparently its 'Pet Smile Month' so she received lots of nice dental biscuits - she was ever so excited!! Here she is look awfully proud showing off her pearly whites!!

When getting my exercise bike out last night, I ironically pulled a muscle! In my shoulder/back though. You forget how much you take these things for granted, I've struggled the day away and after a nice hot bath, I'm giving in and going to bed.
