Traditions .....

Mum, can't remember what was in her awesome Christmas cake recipe , or where the recipe is, so much as I want to keep up family traditions, this year , the year of my first christmas cake (& dinner but am not thinking about that just yet) I am making it up as I go along !

Currently a whole lot of fruit soaking in sherry for 3 days ! ( care of Mary Berry ) and I shall add a couple of twists of my own ! :-)

Can't seem to fit blipping into my working days so am becoming rather sporadic, but still have a look every day ! :-)
