DDW's November Challenge Day 23 : View from the window

Perfect timing for this challenge really as HV is home for the week.
We spent the day preparing the walls of one room for painting. We will be getting painting tomorrow hopefully.

HV volunteered to model in the garden for this shot, taken from the window half way up the stairs. Neither of us can really believe that we are lucky enough to have this fabulous house. It was great to be working away together putting our mark on our house :-)
