Guitar Star!!

Today we went to Spence's school friend, Jake's 6th birthday party at his house. There were only four boys from school invited plus siblings and their parents so it wasn't too overwhelming!! We all had a swim in the pool (once it stopped raining!). There were water pistols, water bombs, a slide into the pool and human balls bring thrown (by me!!)!

The kids all had a great time! We stayed around for a bit longer and Jake's dad, Jim let Spence play the electric guitar! It was plugged in to an amplifier and turned up and Spence LOVED it!!! He couldn't stop smiling!!

Spence said a while back that he wanted to be three things when he grows up - a scientist, a builder and a guitar star! He doesn't want to be a rock star because they sing, but a guitar star would be great apparently!! So today he got to play a real electric guitar!!
